Operating Intelligence Partnership
Someone who finds it, fixes it, runs it, and proves it worked.
Most consultants tell you what to fix. Most software companies sell you a tool. We identify the problem, engineer the right solution, build it, operate it, and measure whether it worked. Every month.
Who it's for
Your business has grown. Have your operating systems kept up?
Established service businesses, typically $2M to $8M in revenue and 10 to 50 people, where too many decisions still land on the owner's desk.
The signs are familiar: approvals that wait for one person, coordination between the field and the office that runs on phone calls, reports someone assembles by hand every week, follow-ups that slip.
Field service (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, contracting), professional services, and growing multi-team operators.
What you get
Three layers, one partner.
Intelligence
We read the signals your business already produces (exceptions, delays, escalations, KPIs) and tell you what needs attention before you have to ask.
Execution
We design and build the fix: process changes, integrations, agents, dashboards. Anything that acts on your behalf runs under approval rules you set.
Management
We run it. Monitor it, maintain it, fix it when it drifts, and keep improving it. You don't manage another technology project.
The Time Leverage Method
Engineer out the work before automating it.
Every piece of work goes through SAVE (Subtract, Automate, Vest, Exit) along the way. A bad process doesn't get automated; it gets removed.
- 1
Measure
Baseline the work before touching it. Hours, cost, delay, rework.
- 2
Eliminate
Remove what shouldn't exist before automating anything.
- 3
Engineer
Design and build what remains so it runs without you.
- 4
Operate
Run it, monitor it, and own the result.
- 5
Improve
Measure what changed and pick the next improvement.
The first 90 days
Visible progress, on a schedule.
One business domain. One meaningful problem solved and running. By day 90 you can see what changed, and the next quarter's roadmap is agreed.
| When | Work | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Days 1–7 | Kickoff, stakeholders, access, inventory | Project and approval plan |
| By day 14 | First diagnosis, a feasible quick win | “What We Found” brief |
| Days 15–30 | Baseline, process map, initial Company Brain, agreed scope | Design sign-off, Time P&L baseline |
| Days 31–60 | Build, approval rules, pilot, tests, launch, monitoring | “What's Changing” briefing, system acceptance |
| Days 61–75 | Stabilize, track adoption and exceptions | Performance and exception report |
| By day 90 | Measured outcomes, ledger, next improvement | “What We've Improved” Value Ledger review |
Timing depends on access to your systems and people, and on the scope we agree in writing.
The Client Value Ledger
Proof, not a pitch.
Every improvement is recorded against a baseline taken before we touched anything: what changed, when, how it was measured, and what it was worth. Cash savings and profit are kept separate from time returned, and nothing is counted twice.
Sample layout. Not client data.
| Improvement | Baseline | After | Counted as |
|---|---|---|---|
| Quote follow-up | Awaiting your data | — | Cash |
| Repeat visits | Awaiting your data | — | Cash |
| Weekly reporting hours | Awaiting your data | — | Time |
| Decisions escalated to the owner | Awaiting your data | — | Time |
The baselines stay blank until we measure your business. We don't fill them with guesses.

- A Company Brain for one agreed business domain: rules, processes, people, dependencies
- Design, build and deployment of one defined initial solution and its named integrations

FAQ
Straight answers.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We don't guarantee hours, profit or ROI, and you should be wary of anyone who does before they've seen your numbers. What we commit to: written acceptance criteria for every build and a correction period to meet them, fixing our own defects at no cost to your improvement allowance, and measuring every change against a documented baseline in your Value Ledger, whatever the result.
We already have software for this. Why do we need you?
You probably don't need more software. Most of the businesses we work with have the tools; what's missing is someone who designs how the work should flow, wires the tools together so it holds, runs it, and notices when it drifts. We work with what you have before suggesting anything new.
Why a monthly fee?
Because a system that nobody runs decays. The monthly fee covers keeping it working, the intelligence brief, the Value Ledger, and continuous improvement. It's also how we stay accountable: you see every month what changed and what it was worth.
Why not just hire someone?
Sometimes you should, and we'll tell you. A hire adds capacity; we remove the work that shouldn't need a person in the first place, and build what remains so it doesn't depend on any one person, including the owner.
Is this an AI product?
No. AI is one of the tools we use when it earns its place. The product is a better-running business.
Who does the work?
Josh personally leads every engagement. There's no junior team, and anything that acts on your behalf runs under approval rules you set.
What if we're not ready for a partnership?
Then we'll recommend something smaller: a Time Leverage Assessment, a one-time Time Recovery Sprint, or Build & Manage for a single workflow. See all the options on the Work with us page.
Start with a short conversation.
About your operating priorities, not our services. If there's a meaningful opportunity, we'll say so and suggest the right first step. If there isn't, we'll say that too.
