Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Time Leverage Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “TLG”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit timeleveragegroup.com or engage with our services. By using the site, you agree to the practices described below.
What we collect
Information you provide directly when you fill out a form: your name, email address, company name, phone number (audit form only), industry, revenue range, employee count, and any free-text answers you choose to share.
Information collected automaticallywhen you visit the site: a hashed (not raw) version of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the source page from which you arrived at a form, and aggregate page-view analytics via Vercel Web Analytics (which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors). Our own page-view counter records, for each public page view, only the page, the day, the referring website's domain, any campaign (utm_) tags in the link, and a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that uses a key we replace and delete every day, so it cannot be traced back to you or linked across days; it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and records nothing when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
Booking informationwhen you schedule a discovery call or Time Audit through Cal.com: your name, email, and any responses to booking-specific questions. Cal.com's own Privacy Policy applies to data they handle separately.
How we use it
We use your information to: (a) respond to your inquiry or scheduled call, (b) prepare for and deliver consulting engagements you've requested, (c) send transactional email notifications related to your form submission, (d) understand aggregate site usage to improve the site, and (e) send you The Time Advantage and occasional emails about our services, if you subscribed or ticked the newsletter box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not run advertising or remarketing tracking.
Reserving the book
When you reserve a copy of The Time Advantage, we collect your first name, last name and email address, along with the hashed IP address described above. Reserving means we send you a confirmation now and one launch notice when the book is ready, telling you how to get it.
The reservation form also has two optional boxes, both unticked: one for book updates along the way, and one for The Time Advantage newsletter, which also covers occasional emails about our services. Each is separate, and for each we record whether you ticked it and the time you agreed. Leave both unticked and you get only the confirmation and the launch notice.
The Time Advantage newsletter
Subscribing means you get The Time Advantage every other Monday, plus occasional emails about our services. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
When we send The Time Advantage, our email provider, Resend, tells us whether each email was delivered, whether it was opened (detected by a small image in the email, so blocking images stops it) and which links were clicked. Links to our own site also carry a random reference code tied to your subscription, never your email address.
We use this tracking data only to see which issues are useful, and to stop emailing addresses that bounce or report us as spam. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every issue.
Where data is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Vercel (Neon-backed) in the United States. Transactional emails are sent via Resend, also in the United States. Booking data is held by Cal.com per their own infrastructure.
How long we keep it
We retain form submissions and booking records for as long as needed to follow up on the engagement, or until you request deletion. We retain aggregated analytics indefinitely (it's not tied to you personally).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing josh@timeleveragegroup.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time — usually within a few business days.
Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies. Cal.com's embedded booking iframe may set cookies for its own functionality.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the business evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date at the top.
