Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of timeleveragegroup.comand the related marketing content (the “Site”), operated by Time Leverage Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “TLG”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal or business research purposes — including to learn about TLG, schedule a discovery call, or request a Time Audit. You may not use the Site to scrape content, attempt to access non-public systems, or interfere with normal operation.

Site content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — including written copy, the SAVE framework, the Time Ladder, the Time Equation, brand assets, and design — is the intellectual property of Time Leverage Group LLC. You may share quotes with attribution for non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, repackage, or commercially redistribute substantial portions without written permission.

Services scope

The Site itself does not sell anything directly. Any engagement — including a Time Leak Audit or a Time Recovery Sprint — is governed by a separate, signed Statement of Work. The Site's descriptions are illustrative and not contractual.

Time Leak Audit terms

The Time Leak Audit is a paid engagement. Fees, scope, and any permission for TLG to publish the resulting numbers are agreed in writing before work begins. We reserve the right to decline requests that aren't a good fit. Any performance guarantee attaches only at the point a Sprint is agreed, on the terms set out in that Statement of Work — never on the basis of Site copy.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to keep information accurate, we make no warranties about completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us for Site access — which, for a free marketing site, is zero.

Third-party services

The Site embeds and links to third-party services including Cal.com (scheduling), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Time Operators (sibling brand). Those services have their own terms which apply to the parts they handle.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Time Leverage Group LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
