What's the difference between the discovery call and the Time Audit?
The discovery call is a free 15-minute conversation to see if we're a fit. The Time Leak Audit is the paid diagnostic — a structured 90-minute working session plus the analysis behind it, producing your Time Buyback Plan. Most people start with the discovery call.
Why is the audit $1,000 for the founding five when it's $7,500?
Because you're giving us the right to publish your numbers as a case study. That's the trade. Five founding places, then it's $7,500 like everyone else.
What's the guarantee?
Ten hours a week found and engineered out — or we keep working. If we still miss after one extension, you don't pay. We guarantee finding the leak and building the working fix; running it afterwards is yours, and letting us install it is the only thing we ask in return. The guarantee is written at the point the Sprint is agreed, against numbers the audit produced — never before.
Do I have to hire you after the audit?
No. The roadmap is yours. Many people implement it themselves. Some come back when they want help.
